The leisure sector is a very important part of our local economy.  We have been involved with a wide variety of developments in this sector:-

We work with you to develop your brief and the initial scheme design and also, for sports projects, to put forward that scheme for approval with sport governing bodies and help provide the necessary information to assist with fund raising.  We can assist in obtaining the specialist approvals often required.

We can then prepare the necessary drawings and schedules of work to obtain planning permission and building regulations approval and, in due course, inviting competitive tenders. 

This may be followed by the supervision of the works on site, as required.
